Come and see us at the Arlington County Fair!Cool
We have partnered with a few local beekeeper friends at a vendor table in the Exhibition Hall (gym) at Thomas Jefferson Middle School for the 2016 Arliington County Fair!  Our hand-crafted, small-batch lip balms and lotions are ready for sale. Unfortunately we were not able to harvest any honey this summer, but our friends have excellent local honey that we highly recommend.  We look forward to catching up with our loyal customers and introducing you to some of our beekeeping friends on August 19, 20 and 21.
John was recently asked to write an article on beekeeping for his alma mater, the London School of Economics. We hope you enjoy reading it.
The university's sustainability club recently installed bees on the roof of one of the central London buildings. By our calculations, the hives are near enough to Buckingham palace to be foraging and cavorting with the Queen's own bees in the palace gardens.  If you missed the PBS special on the Queen's garden, and the royal bees, you should check the great video clip on the PBS website:
We were honored and excited to be chosen  from all the amazing local crafters to present our beeswax-based skin care products at the Williams Sonoma Artisan markets in June and October of 2013.  We sold a wide range of hand creams, lip balms, lotion bars, Night balm and even unscented Baby Cream that are all-natural and perfect for delicate little ones.  We loved seeing you there!
